Santhisree Life Coaching offers life coaching sessions, programs, and related resources intended to support personal growth, clarity, and goal achievement. Coaching is not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.
Coaching services are educational and developmental in nature. They do not constitute therapy, counseling, or medical treatment. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please consult a licensed healthcare professional or emergency services.
Session bookings are confirmed upon payment unless otherwise agreed. Cancellation or rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours in advance. Fees paid are generally non-refundable except at the sole discretion of Santhisree Life Coaching.
Clients agree to provide accurate information, participate in good faith, and take personal responsibility for decisions and actions taken as a result of coaching. Results from coaching vary and are not guaranteed.
Information shared during coaching sessions is treated as confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or where there is a risk of harm to yourself or others.
All website content, materials, worksheets, and program content are the intellectual property of Santhisree Life Coaching and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.
Santhisree Life Coaching shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services. Use of the Services is at your own discretion and risk.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
